You have recently joined EI Design. To get insights on how to build your career here, you need to go through the four-week induction and onboarding program. Each week has two components – online portal-based training and VILT sessions.

  • Begin with a tour of the office
  • Get introduced with colleagues and view the showreel
  • Visit the Resource Centre to know about the:
    • Learning transformation process
    • Vision 2022
    • Organisation culture
    • Solutions and innovation mandate
    • Customer details and online portfolio

Tip: Demos on the resource centre include blogs, ebooks and videos

VILT Sessions

  • System Admin team for IT-related processes
  • HCM team to know about the HR policy
  • CMD to guide new employees to create their own success stories
  • Chief Creative Officer for design philosophy, innovation and solution architecting

Week 2

Onboarding Portal-Based Sessions

Begin this week by a comprehensive training on:

  • Organisation Structure
  • Advisory Panel
  • Domain knowledge

VILT Sessions

  • Chief Operating Officer for Operational Excellence
  • Head of Operations for teams and project management practices
  • Domain Heads orientation for Instructional Design, Visual Design, Technology and QA

Move onto this week by learning about:

  • Processes and collaboration tools

VILT Sessions

  • Quality and CMMI for Operational Excellence and Quality
  • eBridge and Basecamp Collaboration Tool

End this week with:

  • RnR Guidelines
  • OTF and L&D
  • Employee Engagement
  • Performance Review

Wrap up the training with a master assessment to test your cognition
